		Please Note: We will happily price our already created items for you in gold or with stones of your choice. We receive a huge volume of custom requests. As a tiny operation, and with our own designs to create, as well as orders from our regular items to fill, it is hard for us to take on additional work. Please understand that we can only take on one or two commissions out of every hundred. We are more likely to accept the commission if it fits into our current line, and if we feel that it would sell on our site. Due to high demand and cost vs value for the customer, we can presently only accept custom commissions on 14kt gold or platinum and on bulk orders. We will happily consider other suggestions, but we make no promise that we will be able to write back to you with a price or when we will do so.
		All the works shown on these pages are created from our original copyrighted designs. Whether made by the lost wax technique or through fabrication, we make each piece individually and by hand.

Can you make it in other metals?		We work in sterling silver, gold and platinum. We can recreate most of our items in those materials. We do not work in copper, pewter, stainless steel or other metals. These metals require a different process which we are not set up for, and which would greatly increase the cost of production.
I've been saving old gold items. Can you utilize my used gold?		To utilize used gold it must first go through a refining process, otherwise it will contain impurities which will make the piece off color, make soldering impossible to match and may create a piece of lesser quality. Unfortunately we do not presently have an appropriate refining system, so we cannot utilize your used gold.
Logos		Your business or other logo can be transformed into a pin, pendant, signet ring or other jewelry item.
Model Making		We can also create master waxes for the trade. Please e-mail with specific information as to your needs.
Can you do movie memorabillia?		We have made movie memorabilia in the past. For instance, Check out the Blair Witch Project Pin that we crafted for Haxan Films. However, this item was made specifically for the company who produced the movie. We've received numerous requests for jewelry resembling movie and cartoon characters. Unfortunately these are often copyright items that we cannot reproduce as much as we might wish to.
I used to have a . . . Can you make one just like it?		We have also received requests to duplicate the work of other artists. Although (as with any artist) we will sometimes use another person's work as a jumping-off place to spark our own creativity, we cannot exactly reproduce someone else's design, just as we wouldn't want someone duplicating his.
Can you work from my designs?		Absolutely. The more information you provide us, the easier it is for us to make what you want.
What does a custom design cost?		Because custom designs take several weeks to produce in wax, they may seem quite expensive to cast in silver. A custom item may be as much as four times the price as a similar item from the website, because of the one-time model-making fee. It may not be cost-effective for the buyer unless produced in gold or in quantity. Due to high demands on our time, and cost vs value for the customer, we are presently only accepting custom commissions on 14kt gold or platinum and on bulk orders.
		The model making fee is $60/hour. Simple designs generally cost around $200-400. More complex designs, such as animal totems may run as much as $600 to $1000 Additionally there is the cost of the gold, silver or gems utilized. Custom Designs generally require a 50% deposit. (Actual amount depending on materials.)
How long does will my custom design take?		Creating a custom piece takes about a minimum of 3 months when there is no backlog. If you need your piece for a special date, please allow plenty of time beforehand.

Most often we don't get all the info we need in the first email and thus we have to scratch our heads, wonder what the customer was hoping to have made, and write back for further clarification. This bogs down our time and probably frustrates the customer while they wait for information. Catalog Requests		You're looking at it. We do not at present have a paper catalog. Many of our pieces are one-off originals and are often sold before a catalog could be printed. In addition, having a cyber-catalog allows us to update and add new items frequently and kills fewer trees. We realize that white text on a black background can be troublesome to print.
