Do you make this stuff yourself?		That's right. All the works shown on these pages are created from ouroriginal copyrighted designs. Whether made by the lost wax technique or through fabrication, we make each piece individually and by hand.
When am I going to receive my order?		If your item is in stock, we will generally mail it on the next business day. If it is not in stock, creating your piece can take approximately 2-3 weeks. I like that piece, but I never wear silver. Can you make it in gold?		Absolutely. Casting in gold is no different than casting in silver -- except for the price. Hey, we're artists. We can't afford to be stocking a lot of gold. But we'd be happy to cast it especially for you. If the item you want isn't shown in gold, just drop us a line at riverhilton@serioussilver.com and we'll let you know how much.
I've seen silver jewelry for 1/4 of your price. Why are you so expensive?		Most of the inexpensive jewelry you see today is made in third-world countries. These cheap imports often rely on child labor and workers who receive miniscule salaries. Our jewelry is entirely crafted in the United States, so it is more expensive to produce.You're also paying for the creative originality of an artist's work. The jewelry on our pages are unique works of art, and not to be found anywhere else on the globe. In fact, if you do find it, it may be an illegal knockoff, so please let us know. (Although we do have a few exclusive stores in the country who purchase from us.)
That piece is rather small. What does the metal weigh?		Although the price of gold does have some factor into the cost, it is not the only factor. You are also paying for the quality, originality and creativity of a designer piece. Additionally, most of the pieces require hand labor to finish them.
Can you send me your catalog?		You're looking at it. We do not at present have a paper catalog. Many of our pieces are one-off originals and are often sold before a catalog could be printed. In addition, having a cyber-catalog allows us to update and add new items frequently and kills fewer trees. We realize that cream text on a black background can be troublesome to print. (But we think it looks sexy.) If you'd like to print a copy of our page for your friends, just go to the "Page Setup" on your browser. (Usually under the "File" option) and choose "Black Text".
Can you make me something custom?		We probably can, but before you email us, please read our info on Custom Designs
Can you make the Millenium Falcon (or Winnie the Pooh, a Ford emblem, etc.)		Unfortunately these items are registered trademarks.
Do you sell wholesale to the trade?		We occasionally will wholesale to other stores. Please send an inquiry to riverhilton@serioussilver.com. Please include your sales tax ID number and let us know a little about what type of business you own, as we're always curious about our market.
